Taklit International Concert and Artist Management opened in 2005. A French company specializing in international concert production and tour management, Taklit is also producer and executive producer of musical works for young people.
As such Taklit has worked with hundreds of outstanding artists from composers, musicians and vocalists to actors, authors and illustrators.
The company is a big supporter of music education, and encourages and helps even the youngest performers towards educate themselves about the music business.
Patricia Johnston is co-founder of Taklit. She has worked for many years with jazz guitarist Gilad Hekselman, Swiss trombonist Samuel Blaser and recently signed pianist Carlos Cippelletti to Taklit's roster, and who incidently is the "under 25 winner" of the 2019 edition of the 7 Virtual Club's competition of which she has been a jury member since 2019. Taklit's clients and partners include Harmonia Mundi, French TV (TF1, France Télévision), Universal Music, Mucem, The Bolshoi Theatre, Théâtre de la Ville, Arab World Institute, L'Opéra de Lyon, Royaumont Abbaye et Fondation.
