The Festival Internacional de Armónicas del Delta, Tigre will have its first edition in the Niní Marshall Theatre and will count with the participation of more than 20 artists who are considered as the greatest exponents of the instrument presenting a show that crosses diverse musical styles: Franco Luciani – Otavio Castro (Brazil) – Sandra Vázquez – Xime Monzón – Blues del Sur – Fede López – Meliza Blanco – Escuela de Armónica – Ricardo Silva (Portugal) – M. A Lonesome (Barcelona) – Roy Harpman – Jorge Costales – Nahuel Perkal – Crispy Aguirre – Andres Chorny – Leandro Chiussi – Leandro Rao- Nico Smoljan – Lucas Chamorro – Ger Canda – Dblas.
There will also be didactic activities such as Diatonic and Chromatic harmonica workshops as well as Ensemble and Lutherie workshops. There will be a space dedicated to microphones, amplifiers, records, books, merchandising and everything related to the harmonica.
Today Argentina is one of the countries with the greatest harmonica culture, having artists all over the country and the world playing the instrument in our folklore and tango as well as in Jazz, Blues, Rock, Pop, Bossa Nova and in so many other styles. A show for harmonica lovers as well as for those who like its sound and want to discover a little of this beautiful world of the wonderful reed instrument, known as harmonica.
