7VJC Announces Renewed Jury for 11th Edition

7virtualjazzclub (7VJC) proudly unveils a renewed and enriched panel of judges for its 11th Improvised Music Contest. Jan Fritz, founder of JAZZMEDIA & MORE, is the President of the Jury. This year, the jury includes experts from the jazz industry and the broader music industry, reflecting the contest’s expansion to encompass all improvised music genres.

The jury is divided into specific categories, ensuring comprehensive evaluation. More judges will be added in the future to further enhance the contest’s prestige and diversity.

– Quentin Angus (Australia/USA): Guitarist, professor, and content creator.
– Stefano Somalvico (Italy): Historical bassoonist and artistic director.
– Riccardo Sada (Italy): Journalist, teacher, and producer specializing in electronic music.
